Shot List
Every moment we intend to catch, listed scene by scene and tied back to the brief.
Execution
One or two days on location, shot against that list, then cut. What comes out the other end: a hero film, platform-ready cuts, and a stills package, essentially a month of content from a single shoot.
Performance Review
Once the content is live, we look at what actually landed, what stopped the scroll and what didn't. Then we take that knowledge into the next month.
When I first started working as a social media manager, I thought my fashion career was over... Having graduated from one of the world's top fashion schools, creating content for a living felt like selling out to the algorithm gods. I had grown up reading great literature. Now I was listening to thirty-second tutorials on how to deal with avoidant men, or how to grow your socials as quickly and effectively as possible.

Meridiana is built for Toronto-based small businesses, creators, personal brands, designers, coaches, founders, and service providers who are already good at what they do and need someone with taste in the room. No generic template. Every voice we build is audited and specific to the brand it belongs to.
Today, your social media is the new "business card" - everyone checks it before booking with you / buying from you. The stronger your positioning / branding, the more successful your business will seem and therefore become.
You can absolutely book just one shoot, there is no minimum contract length. If you decide that we are not the right fit, you will be able to stop the collaboration at any time.
Turnaround time is up to 1 week for most projects, depending on the complexity. For premium projects, turnaround times can vary, especially when external photographers / videographers are involved.
Because a manager posts on a schedule. We direct: research and references, casting and location, a shot list tied to the brief, one or two days of production, then a performance review once it's live. Different job, different approach, different training, different background.
The Creative package is built to run once every 2 months: one day on location becomes roughly two months of content. Starter and Premium scale up or down from there.
If you do not want to be on set, you do not have to be. We will handle everything - from planning to execution to post-production, you just need to approve the creative decisions and watch the magic unfold :)
You get the full raw media library and edited content with every package - it's yours to use across your channels. Meridiana retains content rights too.
